Shep’s journey began in unfortunate conditions, living in a hot Arizona dog pen alongside his family. Initially, we weren’t able to rescue him, but months later, our paths crossed again near a homeless encampment. This time, we took Shep in, offering him the care and love he deserved. Over time, Shep has blossomed from a wary dog to a happy, secure companion, making great strides while in foster care.
