Meet Zina! Born under an abandoned house in the summer of 2024, Zina is a timid, sweet, and curious pup with a heart full of potential. Her mama, Anabelle, a healer mix with a gentle temperament, brought Zina and her brother Rigby into the care of a kind woman who fed them when their previous family seemingly left them behind. Zina was found with her family sunning themselves on a pile of bulk trash, seeking warmth on a cold morning. Now about 30 pounds and still growing, we expect Zina to be a larger dog, likely around 50 pounds when fully grown. She loves other dogs and warms up quickly to humans. Though we haven't tested her with cats, we believe she'll do just fine with the proper introduction. Zina is a sweet, loving puppy who will make the best companion in an active, loving home.

Zina’s journey began under an abandoned house, where she and her brother Rigley were born in August 2024. Their mama, Anabelle, had been left behind by her previous family and was cared for by a kind woman who fed her and provided what little shelter she could. As Zina and her brother grew, mama brought them into the woman’s yard, where they spent their days coming and going. In late 2024, the trio was found sunning themselves on a pile of bulk trash, seeking warmth on a cold morning. Zina, along with her mama and brother, was rescued and brought into the care of our organization. Despite her rough start, Zina is a sweet, timid puppy with a loving heart, ready for her forever home.
